At Fhoto Click, we understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s everything you need to know about cancelling your order:

🕒 Order Cancellation:

• You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed or shipped.

• To cancel, email us at support@fhotoclick.com with your order number and cancellation request.

🚫 After Order Is Shipped:

• Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving the product, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

💵 Refund for Cancelled Orders:

• If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable unless payment has been made online or prepaid.

📦 Refusal at Delivery:

• Refusing to accept a COD order at the time of delivery without prior cancellation may result in the suspension of future COD orders on your account.
